The Service
Self-Audit is an AI-powered tool for assessing how suitable business processes are for automation, operated by Fullvio. You pay a one-time fee of £580 and receive a structured assessment of a business process, including a recommendation across seven approaches (manual, traditional code, RPA, AI workflow, AI agent, hybrid, and education and training for your team) and a narrative report. The report also contains an AI learning recommendation naming the AIRIES courses that match the result.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is made by card and processed via Stripe. The fee for the assessment is non-refundable once the AI interview has begun. If a technical fault prevents delivery of your report, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the full amount.
Nature of the Assessment
The Self-Audit assessment is an AI-generated advisory opinion, not a binding professional recommendation. It is based solely on the information you provide during the interview. You are yourself responsible for independently verifying the recommendations before you make business or technical decisions.
Learning Partner AIRIES
AIRIES (https://www.airies.app/) is the AI learning platform and the learning partner of Self-Audit. The report contains links to airies.app that contain campaign parameters only; no personal data is passed from Self-Audit to AIRIES. Once you follow such a link, you are using a separate service of AIRIES, to which its own terms of use and privacy policy apply. The AI learning recommendation is purely advisory and does not oblige anyone to make a purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may use Self-Audit only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to assess processes involving unlawful activities, to provide false or misleading information, or to reverse engineer the underlying AI system.
Intellectual Property
The assessment report generated for you is licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share it with employees and advisers. You may neither resell nor sublicense the report.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses or business losses (in particular lost profit, business interruption and wasted expenditure).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be decided by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, determined by the registered seat of FULLVIO s. r. o. in Bratislava.
